The spacious family area is bright and looks out over the pool. Cable TV and DVD surround sound is provided.  Master bedroom has king size bed, Cable TV and en-suite walk in shower. 2nd bedroom also has cable TV and Queen size bed and en-suite with ample storage space. Two twinned bedrooms and 3rd bathroom.

The villa sleeps up to eight people,comfortly. Air Conditioning is of course provided throughout the villa for your comfort.

The extensiveley fitted kitchen contains a large fridge freezer. oven,microwave, dishwasher,waste disposal unit and the many other utensils complimented with crockery and cutlery.  All linen and towels are provided for your use within the villa.  Washer and Tumble Dryer are located in the double garage.

The relaxing SOUTH FACING pool has ample decking space for  sunloungers and pool furniture.  You can make the most of the Florida evenings to eat alfresco discussing highlights or tomorrows adventures looking out over the tranquil 4th fairway.

The telephone provides free local calls only.  We request that you refrain from smoking inside the villa. Regrettably no pets are permitted.

A day at any of the beautiful beaches of Clearwater start with a journey of just about 70 minutes.
International drive with all of its attractions and shopping
malls is about 25minutes drive away.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher,cooker,
fridge/freezer ice maker and microwave,a large washing machine and
tumble dryer.The master bedroom, has a King size (7ft) bed, TV and
cable, with en-suite.
There are two further bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. The villa is fully
air conditioned. Southern Dunes boasts 3 communal swimming pools as
 well as a gym, restaurant, clubhouse, fishing/boating lake and a children's
 play park and of course GOLF!!.  In fact - Just about everything you
need for your dream holiday.
