Vacation Rental

$150/£100 secures your booking (your booking will be held for
maximum of 10 days, pending receipt of your deposit.  A higher
deposit will be required for stays longer than 1 month.
All taxes are included.  Pool heating, if requested, will be charged
at $120/£70 per week and will be payable on the final balance.
A $300 security deposit will be payable on collection of keys at
Property Management Company, via your credit card, and will be
refunded to you within 30 days of your departure, less any breakages.
